How to write a review

Find the place you'd like to review by searching for either hotels, holiday rentals, restaurants or attractions. To find the place you want to review, we suggest you search by "[Place name] [Location]" for best results. If you can't find the place you are looking for, we may not have listed it yet. We would appreciate it if you could email us and let us know so we can add the property to our site. Complete the Write a Review form and be sure you have included your rating, title, and a[....]

How often can I review?

You can write one review on any given accommodation, restaurant or attraction per visit. If you want to change or edit one of your reviews, please contact us and ask for your old review to be removed. You can write a new review with any changes.

How do I make a request for a venue to be added?

If we haven't listed the accommodation, restaurant, or attraction you're looking for, tell us about it! If you're the owner or manager, you can upload your own listing via the Business Registration tab. If you're a traveller, you can tell us about a new listing when you start to write a review for a place we don't list. If your request meets our listing criteria, we'll add the listing. This process usually takes a few days.

How do I get my property listed on the site?

Can I remove my listing?

Kidzcationz.com will only remove your listing if your property has closed permanently. You can use Kidzcationz.com to promote your business by upgrading to a premium listing, to attract more visitors to your site. When to report a review as inappropriate

If you believe a review is false, please let us know. The review will be removed if it violates our review guidelines, but please remember that we do not fact check reviews, so we cannot remove a review simply because you disagree with its contents. If you receive a threat of blackmail, please alert us as soon as possible. How can I get more reviews?

History has shown that online reviews are great marketing tools and positive feedback is the best way to boost your sales. If you think your business stands out from the rest, encourage your guests/clients to submit a review with Kidzcationz.com to get your message out there.

How can I find out if a hotel has facilities for children with special needs?

As the site develops, we will include a search engine, so if you type in specific words in the search box. i.e. Autism or disability, it will highlight the hotels which have had special needs reviews. Bear with us and we will get to that upgrade very soon.

How can I change my password?

Go to the listing log in section and choose "change my password"
